Going into the gym for the first time can be intimidating. We have all been there and I am here to guide you through each workout, one at a time. This workout guide is a machine based program for entry level lifters. The use of machines in the gym allows us to learn the basics of movements and exercises- a good understanding of the basics and fundamentals will create a solid

foundation for a lifter.

 

Below is the 4 day, 4 week workout split you will be following.With having 4 active days, you have 3 total

rest days.

 

Day #1- Quads/ Hamstrings Day #2- Back/ Arms

Day #3- Glutes
Day #4 - Delts/ Chest & Core
