I had no experience in the gym and had no idea how to reach my goal. I’ve been working with Jordyn since May of 2021 and the progress I’ve made has been mind blowing! I’ve never felt stronger or more confident and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She always gets back with me with answers for my questions super quick and is always checking up on my progress! As my goals change she makes sure that the plans do too! Would absolutely recommend her as a trainer for anyone! Whether you’re new to the gym or have been going for years!

I came across Jordyn’s TikTok at the beginning of 2020 just as the pandemic was starting. I participated in a challenge she was doing and enjoyed it, so I looked in her workout guides. After completing one of those, I was hooked! I then reached out to her in April of 2022 and I have been with her ever since. 

Her workouts are hard core and really push me to test my limits. Anxiety/stress play a big roll in my life and working out/lifting has really helped me cope with that. 

Jordyn is always there to talk and answer any questions you may have. Her personality is amazing and I look forward to watching her Instagram stories and TikTok’s everyday just to see what she’s up to that day. She’s down to earth and so real. Shes not afraid to tell you when she’s having a bad day and let’s you know that it’s okay to have those days, we are only human.

I found your page during the beginning of the pandemic and always liked how you’re truly yourself and knew I wanted to train with you. For me we had a lot in common and I felt like I could connect with you easily which I know is Important for a coach. I love that each week we get to FaceTime and just talk about how things are going good or bad. I was never afraid to tell you if I didn’t like something or struggled that week because you portray a very comfortable and nonjudgmental environment. You’ve sent me videos or showed me on how to use my wrist wraps and so certain exercises which was very helpful. I also feel like you’re one of few coaches who preach life experiences over lifting and nutrition. Before I started training with you I didn’t have the best relationship with food and would feel guilty if I couldn’t go to the gym that day. So I love that you are real and honest about how important life experiences are and how you can still reach your goals at the same time. You’ve taught me so much and have always been my first person I look up to in the fitness industry. Hopefully you can follow my rambling lol but I truly think you’re an amazing coach and I talk very highly of to all my friends and family.

Well this is only my first week into the training with you and I have to say it has been a great first week. The workouts at the moment for me are just right. They are challenging, but just the right amount of challenge that allows me to feel like I am making progress after every workout. I have high hopes for my progress come the end of the month. I was actually even sore this week and I haven’t been sore in years. Besides the workouts, in general, you as a trainer I think are doing great. You answer all questions I have, you are very easy to talk to and understanding which clients really need (some more than others). The way you schedule, run, and set up meetings/workouts/nutrition goals is extremely organized and very easy to understand and navigate through using this app. It has been really helpful having everything I need to get better right in my hands if needed. Plus, your social media and new app that came out in general are bonus points for clients and followers and I really enjoy watching your stories every morning. I have a few friends who also follow you on Instagram and agree 100%, overall we agree you are one of our favorite influencers because of how relatable and laid back you come across, nothing fake about you and thats what I love.

I’ve always been an active person and have always loved working out. But I began to feel so unhappy with my body. I was working out and trying to hard to eat healthy, but I wasn’t seeing any difference in my body. That’s when I came across Jordyn on TikTok. Over the past few months, Jordyn has helped me with my nutrition, workout plans and weekly progress check in’s. Her workouts are challenging, but in the best way! Jordyn has taught me the importance of a caloric deficit when cutting, how to gain healthy weight and muscle when bulking and the importance of loving yourself in both stages. Before working with her I lacked in confidence, but now I feel stronger mentally and physically. I truly have never felt so confident in my skin.
